Our coaching clients are the organizations sponsoring the work with the leaders we coach. Our coachees include established leaders who are part of the executive team, CEOs of non-profits, and high potential managers and individual contributors. Coachees are intentionally diverse, because high performing, high potential talent is diverse. Principal Susan Hodgkinson has made it her business to become an expert in coaching women and people of color and diverse cultures, whose development must be supported with a higher level of knowledge and sophistication. Our coaching portfolio includes a range of industries from financial services to biotech to broadcasting.

The 5 P's of Leadership Brand® framework is typically used for both assessment and action planning in our executive coaching work. Our intention is to honor the key principles of brand management: to identify and leverage the unique personal characteristics and intellectual strengths of the individual in pursuit of breakthrough business performance.

Personal Brand Company coaches also work with existing or preferred clients to develop organization competency models and assessment instruments. Our client partners indicate that our more comprehensive approach casts a wider net when it comes to factors that should be considered and potentially raised with the coachee in the assessment phase of the work. The coaching is results-driven, and always includes a written development plan which includes:

  • Development objectives
  • Areas of developmental focus
  • Tactics to achieve results
  • Measures of success and dates by which it will be achieved.
